Do you provide International delivery?
Sorry, we don't offer international shipping.
What is your returns & refunds policy?
If you're not satisfied with your Oasiscape upon arrival or it was damaged or broken during shipping, you can return your product within 14days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping will be your responsibility. The product should be returned in it's original packaging.
Why do all the products say there's only 1 in stock?
Because we never create the same thing twice, which is our motto & promise. "Mother Nature Never Creates the Same Thing Twice. And Neither Do We." Every piece is handmade and never duplicated because Oasiscapes Home Decor was created to take break away from boring cookie cutter living. And there's nothing cookie cutter about Mother Nature.

How do I track my order?
Thank you for Oasiscaping with us! When your order is processed we will immediately email you your tracking information. Because we know you're anxious to start making a space for your new Oasiscape.
How much is shipping?
It's Free! It's Free! Your Oasiscape ships out free as our thank you gift to you. But if for some reason you're not happy with your Oasiscape and decide to return it the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
What are your shipping times?
We process your order within 1 to 2 business days. After we'll send your tracking info via email
Prayerfully if unforeseen inclement weather conditions aren't in the forecast or holiday rush season to cause delay, your package should be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
